Preparation of the milling gas
- Milling gas: oil-free compressed air
- Adsorption dryer with a dew point of -40°C
- Nitrogen (medical grade)
- Milling gas temperature between 10°C and 25°C, possibility of adaptation of the air conditioning
Laboratory
Best equipped laboratory - fully qualified lab technicians
- Sieving analysis for particle size above 100 µm.
- Laser scattering method for particle size below 100 µm. Different methods for evaluation can be used, e.g. the Fraunhofer method.
- A dry powder module or a module for liquids are available.
- Retention samples will be stored for 11 years for any requests.
